AI Will Take Your Job — and 4 Other Lies We Need to Stop Telling
Top AI concerns busted
Let’s cut through the AI noise you’re hearing everywhere.
“Will AI take my job?” “Isn’t it full of bias?” “What about ethics and data privacy?” “Will it jump out and kill me?”
I’m a social entrepreneur. I’ve spent my entire life at the intersection of social impact and technology, and I say this with undiluted confidence:
AI is the best thing that’s happened to our society. Thanks to AI, I’m already making 1000x impact. Effortlessly. Our problems are too big for us to address solo. We need the machine power.
Enough doubt and baseless claims. It’s time for clear, confident answers.
So Tina Crouse, a seasoned social impact leader, and I recorded this session to bust these top AI concerns one by one. This post breaks it all down in 5 short clips. 👇

AI + job loss
Is AI going to take our job away? The good news is no.
AI + energy
Yes, AI is energy-hungry — but so has everything in the past, and now. And the fix is coming.
AI + bias
OMG this technology is so biased, we don’t want to use it. Sure — let’s get the facts right.
Responsible AI
What is responsible AI? Let’s break it down. By the way — responsible people are already using AI responsibly.
AI + data privacy
The concern over how our data is being used and protected.
So, is AI “good” or “bad”?
That’s the wrong question. It’s a tool. Technology has always been the greatest lever for doing good. AI is simply the newest, most powerful lever we’ve ever been given.
But here’s the real problem: bad actors are already pulling that lever. They don’t care about ethics. They don’t care about bias. They don’t care about the planet. They are not waiting.
If the good people freeze, we have a MASSIVE PROBLEM. The real danger isn’t the technology. It’s good people failing to use it.
The choice is yours. Stop doubting. Start doing AI.
I for one use AI unreasonably for good every single day. 👇
And to understand how AI evolves work, we need to first understand the secretarial pool.
